Abstract

Garis Temu is a social media agency and creative marketing strategist, also carries out digital marketing communications for its own to be able to navigate society so that its services can be used by others. Carrying out marketing communications for his own business, Garis Temu has successfully increased its credibility, now has organic following of 59,600 people, and regularly shares insights about marketing on its social media. The goal of the study is to examine and delineate the marketing communications conducted by creative marketing strategists on social media platforms, as well as explore and describe the mapping of social media engagement held by creative marketing strategists. Researchers used quantitative approach with social network analysis methods using analisa.io software. The subject of this research is the social media account @garistemu.co on Instagram. The object of this research is creative marketing strategist marketing communications on Instagram. The results found that Garis Temu's social media engagement reached 1.01% or the medium category. In general, the principles of digital marketing communications carried out by Garis Temu include: (1) forming a creative community of the younger generation, (2) digital marketing communications that resonate by humanizing the brand, and (3) creative digital marketing communications need following the latest trends.
