This research discusses the personal branding of Vina Muliana, an educational content creator on TikTok who provides career tips for job seekers. As an educational content creator, Vina Muliana won the TikTok Awards Indonesia 2021 and has a large following. Therefore, this study aims to identify and analyze the elements of personal branding developed by Vina Muliana. The method used is descriptive qualitative research with a focus on The Eight Laws of Personal Branding proposed by Peter Montoya. Primary data was obtained through online interviews with internal, external, and expert sources, while secondary data was obtained through literature studies and articles on the internet. This research reveals that Vina Muliana forms her personal branding with a cheerful and straightforward content delivery, and by explaining topics to the point, moreover, Vina Muliana fulfills the 8 elements of personal branding, with the most successful being leadership, specialization, and goodwill. Suggestions for Vina Muliana include showing a more relaxed personality to get closer to the audience, sharing career tips not only in the government industry but also in all industries, and increasing career tips for employees.
