Abstract

 

Knowledge  sharing  (KS)  and  organizational learning  (LO)  are  two  things that  are inseparable  in  an organization. The company aims to improve performance so that  optimal profits can be obtained. The purpose of this study is to prove whether there is an effect of knowledge sharing (KS) and organizational learning (LO) on performance at PT MK Semarang. Research This type of research is explanatory research. Explanatory research (explanatory research) is to test hypotheses between hypothesized variables. The study took a saturated sample that is taking the entire population into a sample. The results of this research are the influence of knowledge sharing (KS) and organizational learning (LO) on performance at PT MK Semarang
