Abstract

The aim of this research is to determine the relationship between the Hospital Management Information System (SIMRS) and User Service Satisfaction in the Online Registration Section of the Padang Panjang City Regional Hospital. The results of this study show that of the 64 respondents who stated that the hospital management information system (SIMRS) was good, there were 28 people (43.8%) and 36 people (60.9%) said it was not good. Of the 64 respondents who expressed satisfaction, 26 people (40.6%) were dissatisfied and 38 people were less satisfied (59.4%). The conclusion is that there is a relationship between the Hospital Management Information System (SIMRS) and User Service Satisfaction in the Online Registration Section using statistical tests and obtained a value of p = 0.009 (p < 0.05), so statistically it is said to be related. It is hoped that the hospital ensures that the online registration platform is easy to use for patients from various backgrounds and levels of technological expertise. An intuitive interface and clear guidance will help increase patient participation rates and ensure the online registration system is accessible via a variety of devices, such as desktop computers, tablets and smartphones. This will ensure that patients can register anytime and anywhere with convenience at RSUD Padang Panjang City
