Abstract

This qualitative research aims at describing the implementation of goods procurement through providers using direct procurement method at the DIY Regional Secretariat's Bureau of Infrastructure Development and Regional Development Financing. The data were collected through interview, participant observation and documentation. The data were analyzed through three stages: data reduction, data display, and conclusion drawing/verifying. The goods procurement through providers using the direct procurement method, which is a way of fulfilling the need for goods obtained from other parties who have valid business permits, both individuals and entities, based on valid agreements, with a maximum value of 200 million rupiah, has been implemented in accordance with applicable regulations, both Presidential Regulation Number 12 of 2021, LKPP Regulation Number 12 of 2021, and DIY Governor Regulation Number 81 of 2020. However, it is important to build a mechanism for monitoring the handover of work results by involving the Procurement Officer in receiving goods.
