Low digital literacy among students particularly in terms of ethical communication on digital platforms has become one of the main triggers for the rise of negative behaviors such as Cyberbullying. Students actively use digital media (especially social media) for learning and interaction, but without sufficient understanding, they are vulnerable to becoming either perpetrators or victims of harmful actions in digital spaces. Cyberbullying is a form of harassment carried out through digital media that can have serious impacts on students' mental health, emotional well-being, and academic performance. In response to this issue, the Faculty of Communication Science (FIKOM) at Universitas Bhayangkara Jakarta Raya organized the Fikom Mengabdi program, involving lecturers and students, and held at SMK Al Muslim in Bekasi. This program included sessions on digital literacy, identification of Cyberbullying behaviors, case simulations, group discussions, and interactive quizzes. The material was delivered using communicative, contextual approaches aligned with students' real-life experiences. The results of the program showed an increase in students' understanding of the importance of maintaining digital ethics, responsible use of technology, and awareness of the negative impacts of Cyberbullying. Students also gained practical skills such as how to protect their personal data and recognize fake news. As a follow-up to this community engagement program, FIKOM recommends that the school integrate digital ethics into extracurricular activities and establish discussion communities to foster a positive digital culture within the school environment.
