Abstract

The implementation of the Covid-19 vaccination program involves many fields and requires coordination and cooperation. This research focuses on how the Bandung City Health Service designs communication strategies used to convey health communication messages implemented in the Covid-19 vaccination program. This research uses a qualitative approach with the Covid-19 vaccination program as the research topic. The paradigm used in this research is constructivist. Data collection in this research used interview techniques with informants. The results of the assessment report at the regional organizational level regarding the management of social media with the Instagram platform show that the performance of the Bandung City Health Service is ranked 3rd out of the top 20 West Java Health Services in July 2022.
