The purpose of this study is to know how the learning communication of Islamic religious education teachers in the development of students and their factors. The data analysis techniques used are using the social learning theory of Bandura and the methods of moral development.. This research uses the Constructivism paradigm where the truth of a social reality is seen as a social construction result, a nd the truth of a social reality is relative and uses a qualitative descriptive method with the collection of data Through interviews as primary data, documentation and non-participant observation as secondary data. The informant chosen as a resource is the teacher of Islamic education from first class to 6th grade as well as representatives from parents of first-class students to grade 4. From the research results can be concluded if the teachers of Islamic education from first class to sixth grade use several ways in conducting the learning activities teaching Islamic education in the classroom. For example, using the lecture method, learning while playing, telling the story of the prophet, explaining the material and directly giving examples. The inhibitory factor found by the teacher in the form of student attendance, the age of students who are still too young so that emotions have not been stable, lack of family care students, and external factors such as television shows, movies, videos and mobile phones that there are elements Violence, pornography and pornographic action are feared to be imitated by students.
