Abstract

Jakasetia Village is one of the government institutions that provides services to the community to meet their needs. The purpose of this study was to determine whether ADMINDUK services in Jakasetia Village had implemented excellent service. The research method used is descriptive qualitative. Data collection techniques using questionnaires, interviews, and observations. The characteristics of excellent service include effectiveness, efficiency, simplicity, clarity and certainty, openness, timeliness, responsiveness, and adaptability. The results showed that the average service characteristics were 79%. The value of each service feature is 60% for the characteristics of effective, efficient, punctual and adaptive. 90% for responsive features. 100% for the features of simplicity, clarity and certainty, openness. To be able to provide excellent service, the ADMINDUK Jakasetia Village needs to increase service by an average of 6%. Improvements in the characteristics of effective, efficient, timeliness and adaptive need to be increased above 25%.
