Abstract

This study examines Public Service Management at the Office of Religious Affairs of Bandongan District. Public service management is an important issue in local government to improve the quality of services to the community. This study aims to analyze public service management practices in the Religious Affairs Office of Bandongan District, focusing on efforts to improve efficiency, responsiveness, and community satisfaction. The research method used is a case study with data collection through interviews, observation, and document analysis. The results showed that the Religious Affairs Office of Bandongan District has taken several steps to improve public service management, such as the use of information technology and employee training. However, there are still some obstacles, such as lack of adequate funds and human resources. This study concluded that efforts to improve public service management at the Bandongan Sub-District Religious Affairs Office still need to be carried out. Collaboration between various parties, including local governments and communities, is needed to create a more efficient and responsive public service system. In addition, the study also provides recommendations for further improvements in public service management at the local level.
