Evaluasi Penerapan Kearsipan Digital pada CV Konsultan Akuntansi Pajak Semarang

Abstract

The development of technology is useful by all sectors, including the archieves system in a company which implements digitalization archiving. This study's objectives are to evaluate the implementation of digitalization archiving in CV Konsultan Akuntansi Pajak Semarang, to evaluate the obstacles, and to know the efforts that have done to solve that obstacles. One of the challenges is the lengthy scanning time for papers since there are many documents provided by clients. The method of collecting data are observation and interview. The result shows the implementation of digitalization archiving system overall is in line with the theory. However, the researchers give some suggestions; the company should buy more storage to make bigger space to save the archives and buy antivirus to avoid corrupt data; should be aware of the maintenance of equipment that used for handling digitalization archiving.
