Abstract

There are so many office management problems involving a lack of communication and the use of technology. The aim of this research is to find an appropriate theoretical model for modern office management in Indonesia. The methodology used uses qualitative research with a literature review approach, namely books and journals. The sample used was purposive with a non-probability sampling technique. The results obtained with 3 analyses, namely word frequency, cluster, and project map, where using NVivo 12, show that technology, office, and education have words that are very close to modern office management. The strong relationship between authors is shown by the Pearson correlation coefficient, namely 0.69, which means that there are 2 authors who have a strong relationship with the articles or books they disseminate to each other for modern office management. The model obtained from the results of this research is that modern office management in Indonesia must use modern technology. Apart from that, it can be supported by modern thinking behavior, modern usage attitudes, organizational goals, and performance.
