Abstract

This community service activity aims to design and implement a web-based company profile as a strategic step towards digitalization at APM Frozen Food, a small and medium enterprise (SME) engaged in the production of frozen food. The program is designed to enhance the digital skills of human resources within the company while expanding the reach of information and accessibility for customers. The activities were carried out systematically through several stages, including needs analysis, website development, digital content management training, and platform sustainability evaluation. The implementation method involved a participatory approach, engaging employees in the design and management process of the website. The resulting platform features key elements such as the company profile, product catalog, customer testimonials, and contact forms, which are designed to enhance the company’s visibility and credibility in the digital market. The results of the activity indicate that the introduction of a web-based company profile had a positive impact on business communication efficiency and improved the company’s professional image. Additionally, employee involvement in training and website management contributed to the development of digital skills relevant to the demands of the digital transformation era. Evaluation results showed an 85% improvement in participants' technological understanding following the training. This program not only provided direct benefits to APM Frozen Food but also holds potential as a model for digital transformation implementation for other SMEs. Recommendations for further development include integrating e-commerce features to support online transactions and advanced capacity-building programs for employees through continuous training.
