Pelatihan Komunikasi Organisasi, Kepemimpinan, serta Korespondensi kepada OSIS SMA Pangudi Luhur II Servatius

Abstract

Intra-School Student Organization (OSIS) is a forum for high school students to develop themselves through activities to achieve common goals. The uniqueness of character, different perspectives, and expectations of each individual might be a barrier in communicating, both orally and in writing, for members of the organization. To improve their communication, management and leadership skills, therefore, two days of training on organizational communication, leadership, and correspondence were held on February 25 and 26, 2022. Training was given to OSIS management members at Pangudi Luhur II Servatius High School to help them develop leadership attitudes in the organization and applies good correspondence governance while serving as OSIS officials. The methods used in the training are lectures, discussions, and workshops. The survey findings from the training participants indicate that the program have given positive impact on them.
