Pengembangan Event Kreatif untuk Siswa SMA melalui Modul Green Event Level Up

Abstract

The implementation of activities and events in the school environment still produces a lot of waste and does not consider the environmental impact. On the other hand, the lack of training in organizing creative activities for high school students is a challenge in itself. The reason is that many schools still focus on academic aspects, while the development of soft skills through student organizations has not received optimal attention. Therefore, further efforts are needed to provide systematic and practice-based training in managing activities in a more creative and impactful manner. One approach that can be applied is thematic training such as Green Event Management, which not only enhances student creativity but also instills environmental and sustainability awareness.   The Creative Event Development Training for High School Students through the Green Event Level Up Module is an effort to educate and prepare students to face the challenges of climate change and build a culture of sustainability in the school environment.  The training was designed with material delivery, interactive discussions, and utilization of the “Green Event Level Up” module, which includes environmentally friendly event planning, utilization of used goods, educational games, and SEO strategies for digital publications. This training succeeded in increasing participants' understanding and skills in organizing creative events that are environmentally friendly and utilizing digital technology for effective publication.
