Competition and organizational challenges are currently growing rapidly amidst the development of information technology. Management/leaders in an organization play an important role in implementing flexible management to face competition and challenges for organizational sustainability. Flexibility Management (FM) can be applied in various ways in organizations. One example is the flexibility of working hours. The role of FM has a role in the sustainability of the organization to be able to survive in a competitive competitive environment. The main problems that arise in organizations today are organizational delays in changing, organizations that are not flexible in facing increasingly fierce competition in an effort to achieve organizational sustainability. An organization that is late to change is a form of organization that is inflexible. Organizations that are difficult to change from a management perspective will also find it difficult to survive in the face of intense competition. On the other hand, increasingly digital developments and innovations also have an impact on organizational competition. These things show the problems facing organizations today. This research uses the Systematic Literature Review (SLR) method which includes the steps of determining the scope of analysis, determining research location, and evaluating research, conducting analysis, grouping/clustering research, determining the main topic. The research results show that based on the literature review, it was found that FM has an important role in organizational sustainability and can also indirectly improve employee performance in the organization. Apart from that, the results of this research are important as material for organizational studies to see opportunities for flexible organizational management towards changes. changes that are occurring currently. This research serves as a reference for how leaders/management can exercise flexibility in managing the organization in order to continue to survive.
