Kesiapan Implementasi Sistem Informasi Kearsipan Dinamis Terintegrasi (Srikandi) di Kota Bengkulu

Abstract

The study focuses on evaluating the readiness of SRIKANDI implementation through qualitative methods such as interviews, observation, and documentation. The SRIKANDI application has been introduced to all regional apparatus in Bengkulu City, with designated admins responsible for managing the archives within the application. However, the research findings indicate that SRIKANDI in Bengkulu City is not yet fully prepared for implementation. Limited understanding, knowledge, skills, and human resources pose challenges to the effective use of the application by archivists. Additionally, budget constraints for essential resources like laptops, internet access, and iPads further hinder the readiness for optimal implementation of SRIKANDI.
