Abstract

Archive as an important source of information in an organization plays a key role in information and communication management. In archive management, organizations often experience delays in grouping documents that relate to the same problem and identifying documents that are related to various aspects. This study aims to identify an effective archival management system in improving the efficiency of the organization's communication. Using the Show Show Method, this study found that effective archives management can improve the effectiveness of organizational communication by grouping documentation that relates to similar issues and identify documents related to different aspects of the same. The results of this study show that using Show Show can improve organizational communications efficiency by saving time and resources. The implication of this research is that organizations can improve performance by using an effective and efficient file management system.
