EFISIENSI PROSES PENGAJUAN REIMBURSE PADA APLIKASI SAP

Abstract

While carrying out Industrial Work Practice activities at one of the companies, there was a problem regarding the inefficiency of the reimbursement application process. The inefficiency of submitting reimbursement is because there is a division that didn't have access to the SAP application to carry out the submission process, so the secretary must assist with this process. In addition, there are also two signed approvals that must be present in the submission process, namely in the form sheet and the parked document from the SAP application. In fact, the issue of reimbursement is important for employees in the company and must be implemented quickly and efficiently.

For this reason, the method used to identify the problem is to carry out a process directly, analyze the reimbursement process that occurs, and provide the necessary suggestions to shorten the submission process. Some of the suggestions put forward are to make changes to the reimbursement application form so that there is no repetition of approval and to provide direct access to the SAP application for each division so that the submission process can be carried out directly by the division concerned.
