Lists of work that are not followed up make it difficult for the smooth completion of existing work. Identifying clear job descriptions for administrative/secretary officers can make the officer's performance more effective and efficient in managing administrative activities such as following up on existing job listings. By collecting data directly in the field and reviewing some of the literature as a reference, this research is expected to provide solutions to existing problems.
